Northern Hai Phong city plans to start construction of at least 4 social housing projects in 2024, supplying over 5,800 units, according to the city’s Department of Construction.

Some 4,000 units of other projects are also expected for completion this year.

The city has so far 31 social housing projects with a total supply of 36,600 units. Construction of nine projects kicked off with 15,000 units, of which one project providing 300 houses for workers was put into operation.

Meanwhile, 22 other projects, with 21,600 units,  are in process of  completing procedures, including choosing investors.
