The People’s Committee of northern Hai Phong port city has decided to establish a special task force which will work to remove difficulties and obstacles in support of businesses and investors.

The task force is led by the committee’s Chairman Nguyen Van Tung.

Key tasks will focus on removing obstacles relating to administrative procedures to accelerate investment projects in the city; tackling legal difficulties to speed up site clearance and construction progress of investment projects as well as promote production and trade activities in the city.

The task force will also be responsible for reviewing and reporting shortcomings and overlapping of related regulations and laws to the Government and authorized ministries and agencies for consideration in order to help removing obstacles hindering projects in the city.
