Hanoi pushing construction of key projects

Hanoi is speeding up the construction of key projects, with disbursed State budget capital in May standing at nearly VND3.8 trillion ($162.5 million), a 17 per cent increase compared to April. Disbursement of State capital managed by Hanoi reached VND15.5 trillion ($664.3 million) in the first five months of the year, up 2.3 per cent year-on-year and representing 30.5 per cent of the annual plan.
