The Hanoi Transport Department has submitted an investment proposal to build an underpass on Hoang Quoc Viet Street, at the crossroad between Hoang Quoc Viet and Pham Van Dong Streets in Cau Giay and Bac Tu Liem districts.
The project has a total length of 600m and width of 22.1m, with six lanes.
Total investment capital is estimated at over VND1.42 trillion ($55 million), from the city’s budget.
The project is scheduled to be implemented in 2025-2028.
Once completion, the project is expected to help reduce traffic congestion and complete the capital city’s transport system.
