A ceremony is to be held in Hanoi on December 25 to honor 150 outstanding enterprises for their contribution to the socio-economic development of the capital in 2023, according to the Hanoi Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (Hanoisme), which represents more than 300,000 enterprises of Hanoi.

Small and medium-sized enterprises account for 98 per cent of this number and contribute 50 per cent of the city’s GRDP.

After the ceremony, Hanoisme will help enterprises with potential develop into large-scale businesses and also join other parties in organizing trade promotions to introduce products to both domestic and foreign consumers.

Training will be held to help improve administration and market access at enterprises, according to Vice President and General Secretary of Hanoisme, Mac Quoc Anh.
