Hanoi authorities have introduced 15 night-time tourism services and a light art installation space in the capital to attract more tourists.
New services include night tours of the Temple of Literature, Hoa Lo Prison, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, and the Vietnam Museum of Literature.
Visitors can also take part in other night-time activities such as pedestrian malls, book streets, night city tours by double-decker bus, and water puppet shows.
Hanoi targets attracting 25.5 million tourists in 2024, a year-on-year rise of 13.3 per cent, including 4.5 million foreign visitors and 21 million domestic tourists.
Total tourism revenue is expected to reach VND94.4 trillion ($3.93 billion) next year.
