Hanoi’s total development investment capital stood at nearly VND468 trillion ($19.6 billion) in 2022, a year-on-year increase of nearly 14 per cent, according to the capital’s General Statistics Office.

It also reported that the disbursement of State capital was estimated at VND149.7 trillion ($6.3 billion) during the year, with the disbursement of FDI reaching VND30.7 trillion ($1.28 billion), up 9.9 per cent compared to 2021.

City authorities have directed contractors and investors to focus resources on speeding up the construction of key projects to help boost the disbursement of public investment capital.
