HCMC"s Ring Road No. 3 one step closer

Ho Chi Minh City and the nearby provinces of Dong Nai, Binh Duong, and Long An have signed a regulation on coordinating in the construction of Ring Road No. 3, with six main groups of tasks. Construction is expected to get underway in June 2023 and be completed in June 2026.
