Under Prime Ministerial Decision No. 1168/QD-TTg, signed by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang on October 10, the Management Board of the Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park in Hanoi will be transferred from the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) to the Hanoi People’s Committee.
The Decision came into force on the date of signing.
Earlier, the transfer policy was decided upon in Government Resolution No. 119/NQ-CP, dated August 1, 2023.
Under the Prime Minister’s Decision, MoST was requested to coordinate with the Hanoi People’s Committee and relevant agencies in drafting a government decree amending and supplementing Government Decree No. 74/2017/ND-CP, dated June 20, 2017, regulating the special mechanism and policy for the Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park and identifying the authority and responsibility of related parties in carrying out the transfer.
