HSBC raises $1.3bln to support Vietnam’s green economy

According to Mr. Tim Evans, General Director of HSBC Vietnam, within a credit package of $12 billion that HSBC plans to mobilize to support Vietnamese enterprises make green investments and transform their production structure towards a green economy, the bank has raised $1.3 billion. He also expressed support for the State Bank of Vietnam’s proposal to hold an international resource mobilization conference for green growth and sustainable development.
