The Automation World Vietnam and Electric Energy Show 2024 are scheduled to take place in southern Binh Duong province on September 25-27.

Each event is expected to draw over 150 domestic and foreign enterprises showcasing products at more than 200 booths.

The exhibitions will display diverse, cutting-edge technologies in automation, electricity and energy, and provide opportunities for connections between enterprises at home and abroad.

Binh Duong province has over the past year focused on promoting automation among industries with the aim of improving labor productivity, reducing production costs and creating conditions for businesses to develop, according to Deputy Director of the provincial Department of Industry and Trade Nguyen Truong Thi.

Many local enterprises have pioneered in applying modern automation technologies such as industrial robots, automatic control system and smart production lines, helping to enhance their competitiveness both domestically and globally.

To support businesses to promote automation, the department has taken many measures such as creating favor conditions for enterprises to get access to capital, developing infrastructure, training human resources and boosting trade connection and exchanges, Mr. Thi said.
