The disbursement of development investment capital in 2022 was estimated at VND436 trillion ($16.8 billion), equal to 75.1 per cent of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister, according to the latest report from the Ministry of Finance.

The ministry reported that 12 ministries and centrally-run agencies and 17 localities estimated their disbursement at over 80 per cent of the plan while 17 ministries and centrally-run agencies and seven localities reported disbursement at below 50 per cent of the target.
