Minister of Industry and Trade (MoIT) Nguyen Hong Dien has said the ministry will focus on all measures to strongly develop domestic markets in the context of the global economy still facing challenges.
It will boost production and consumption by organizing trade promotion programs and speeding up the distribution of commodities via digital platforms and e-commerce to expand domestic consumption.
Solutions will be taken to stabilize the financial market and tackle capital difficulties to help businesses in the field of manufacturing and processing sectors have more resources to resume production and trade.
Measures will be introduced to effectively implement a strategy to develop domestic trade by 2030 with a vision towards 2045 as well as trade development programs and maser plans, and to renovate and incorporate trade promotion programs with consumption promotion initiatives.
The ministry will support businesses in trade promotion programs, build and protect trademarks for domestic retail and wholesale chains, and promote special products of different regions.
