Authorities in many localities around Vietnam are resolutely taking measures to tackle difficulties and obstacles facing the real estate market.
The Quang Nam Provincial People’s Committee has directed the local Department of Natural Resources and Environment to mobilize organizations and experts in the central province to identify land prices in line with regulations and promote administrative reform to hand over land to project investors and ensure the land to be put to use as scheduled.
Local authorities also asked relevant agencies to review real estate projects to be implemented and classify those that are facing difficulties. They will directly work with each real estate company and project to identify reasons behind delays in order to adopt effective solutions.
The Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee, meanwhile, has built a plan to facilitate the real estate market in the south-central province with a focus on removing obstacles facing property projects to help them finish on schedule.
Measures will be taken to increase supply and adjust the market structure as well as develop social housing and housing for workers.
