MoT piloting virtual assistants in administrative reform

The Ministry of Transport (MoT) has prioritized resources to implement a digital transformation program, build an e-government, and accelerate the building of a data-sharing platform. Virtual assistants are now being piloted in performing 48 administrative procedures, to be expanded to 400.
