NA Standing Committee approves change to land use for North-South Expressway

The National Assembly Standing Committee passed a resolution on July 11 changing the use of forest land and wet rice land in Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, and Khanh Hoa provinces to build the East North-South Expressway. More than 4,400 ha will be converted for construction of the project.
