The Nghe An Provincial Department of Planning and Investment is seeking investors in projects building urban and commercial service areas in the north-central province.

These include an urban and commercial service area in Nam Dan district covering 38.2 ha with a population of 2,884.

The project has estimated investment of over VND2 trillion ($84 million), including more than VND76.6 billion ($3.23 million) for site clearance.

It will feature 512 houses, 200 villas, nine resettlement houses, two commercial centers, two cultural houses, a kindergarten, and a park.

Another project will build an urban area in Thanh Chuong district with estimated investment of more than VND889 billion ($37.5 million).

It will cover an area of over 190,400 sq m with a total population of 1,200.
