Nghe An to build new IP

Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai has signed a decision approving the construction of the Hoang Mai Industrial Park (IP) in north-central Nghe An province.

The project has estimated investment capital of VND1.9 trillion ($79 million), including VND570 billion ($23.7 million) from the investor.

It will cover 334.79 ha at the Dong Nam Nghe An Economic Zone in Hoang Mai commune.

The Nghe An Provincial People’s Committee is assigned to ensure that the project investor meets regulations on land rentals and changing the land use purpose to implement the project.

The investor is requested to allocate at least 3 per cent of the IP’s land area for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and businesses in supporting industries and innovation.
