Some 400 land plots in Ninh Binh city, Tam Diep city, and Nho Quan district in northern Ninh Binh province will be auctioned in late November and early December, each ranging from 96 to 900 sq m with reserve prices determined at between VND5.4 and 14.9 million ($221.7 and $612) per sq m.

Under the auction plan, 185 plots in Tay Son ward, Tam Diep city, will be auctioned on November 29, with each covering from 121.5 to 239.5 sq m, at a reserve price between VND5.4 and 7.6 million ($221.7 and $312) per sq m.

The auction of 104 plots in Gia Thuy commune, Nho Quan district, will then be conducted the following day, with each covering from 125 to 200 sq m at reserve price between VND2.4 and 2.6 million ($98.6 and $107) per sq m.

In Ninh Binh city, 99 plots, with each covering from 96 to 900 sq m, will be auctioned on December 9 at reserve price of VND6.9 - 14.9 million ($284 - $612) per sq m.
