Northern Ninh Binh province targets to become one of major centers with high brand value in tourism, cultural industry and heritage economy of Vietnam and the Southeast  Asia and a leading modern automobile manufacturing hub by 2030.

This is part of the province’s master plan for 2021-2030 with a vision towards 2050, which was announced at a ceremony held on May 28, with the presence of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

The province chooses the green growth model basing on four key economic industries, including tourism, cultural industry and heritage economy; automobile manufacturing; startup and innovation; and eco-agriculture.

The province also targets to become a centrally-run city by 2035.

The master plan was approved by the Prime Minister in March this year.
