The Dispatch states that to continue timely and effectively adopting solutions to increase enterprises’ access to credit, to hear opinions from the people and enterprises, and to ensure that issued policies are suitable, not hinder development, and help resolve obstacles, the Prime Minister asked the Deputy Prime Minister to chair a meeting with the SBV Governor and leaders of the central bank, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Finance, and the Office of the Government to study reports and direct the amendment and supplement of Circular No. 06 dated June 28, 2023, and unreasonable points in Circular No. 03/2023/TT-NHNN, dated April 17, 2023.

He sought a report prior to August 20.
