The Office of the Government has called on relevant ministries and sectors to make detailed reports on the possibilities of forming property, employment, and science and technology trading floors for submission to the Prime Minister before September 8.
The request is part of Announcement No. 354/TB-VPCP dated August 26, 2023 concluding a recent meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha with relevant ministries and sectors discussing the establishment of these trading floors.
It is stated that “in reality the property, land use rights, employment, and science and technology markets are rapidly growing on the basis of information technology and digital transformation. The establishment and development of these transactions are suitable with the current trend of countries in the region and the world.”
“Nevertheless, transactions related to real estate, land use rights, employment, and science and technology have only satisfied part of the market demand as there is a lack of a specific, strict, uniform, and synchronous legal foundation for application, development, and management, ensuring the efficiency, openness, and transparency of these activities.”
Therefore, to make the property, land use rights, employment, and science and technology markets operate openly and transparently and to mitigate risks, streamline administrative procedures, reduce costs and problems for people and businesses, promote digital transformation, and particularly to accelerate the effective operation of these trading floors, Deputy Prime Minister Ha requested that the Ministries of Construction, Natural Resources and Environment, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, and Science and Technology, within their management functions, complete reports, and thoroughly assess political and legal grounds, actual experience, and solutions to develop and manage the operations of these trading floors in line with their field.
