Alongside improving supply and liquidity, the recovery of Vietnam’s tourism industry is expected to remain a key driver supporting the growth of the resort real estate market.

After more than 11 years of investment and construction, the Dak Nong Aluminum Electrolysis Plant successfully produced its first aluminum ingot with a purity of 99.71 percent, becoming the first facility in Viet Nam to complete the full value chain from bauxite mining and alumina refining to aluminum electrolysis.

According to the central city’s master plan, the development will consist of four social housing apartment blocks, including two 15-story and two 19-story buildings, providing a total of 1,326 units.
