The Government has issued Resolution No. 66.26/2026/NQ-CP on supporting livelihood security, stabilizing living conditions, and resettlement for land users when the State recovers land to implement nuclear power projects.

The revised Red River Urban Zone Master Plan covers a river corridor of approximately 40 km, stretching from Hong Ha Bridge to Me So Bridge.

Among the projects are three industrial clusters — Tho Ngoc, Van Du II and Hoang Quy — with combined investment of nearly VND1.2 trillion.

Focus to be put on removing bottlenecks, unlocking resources, maintaining macroeconomic stability and promoting growth.

Total investment capital estimated at VND1.3 trillion (about $49 million).

Of the 17 projects, 11 have been inaugurated or technically opened to traffic, with total investment of about $515 million.
