The People's Committee of the central province of Quang Binh has issued two significant decisions concerning the zoning and detailed planning of two new urban development areas.

As part of this initiative, the Provincial People's Committee has issued Decision No. 1015/QD-UBND, approving the zoning plan for the urban development area in Trung Thach Commune, Bo Trach district.

The total planning study area spans over 1,000 ha, with the designated urban development zone covering 962 ha. This zoning plan encompasses the entire administrative boundaries of Trung Thach Commune, Bo Trach District.

The area is envisioned as an urban development space, incorporating key functions such as public services, commercial services, sports and entertainment, tourism and resorts, and urban residential zones.

Simultaneously, the Provincial People's Committee has issued Decision No. 1078/QD-UBND, approving the detailed plan for Hai Ninh 2 Urban Area.

The planning area covers 205,920 sq.m, situated in Tan Dinh Village, Hai Ninh Commune, Quang Ninh District.

It has been designated for a range of essential functions, including residential accommodation, and commercial, educational, cultural services, including parks and green spaces, parking areas, and transportation and technical infrastructure development.
