Quang Binh seeking investors to build two urban projects

The Quang Binh Department of Planning and Investment has announced it is seeking investors in two major urban projects.

One is building the Ly Nhan urban area in the central province’s Bo Trach district, with investment estimated at more than VND1.8 trillion ($75.3 million). On an area of over 387,304 sq m, construction includes technical infrastructure, commercial and social facilities, and 1,548 houses. It will be home to some 3,200 people.

The other project is building an ecological riverside urban area in Dong Hoi city, with estimated investment of over VND800 billion ($33.4 million).

It will cover 30.5 ha, including 2.25 ha for social housing, 4.9 ha for a kindergarten, and 9.9 ha for commercial and services facilities.
