Quang Ninh approves four public projects worth $19 mln
Bai Chay hospital will be upgraded in 2024-2027.

The People’s Council of northern Quang Ninh province has approved investment policies for four public projects with a combined investment capital of nearly VND486 billion ($19 million).

The investment capital will be sourced from the provincial budget.

The first project will expand Bai Chay hospital in Ha Long city with an estimated investment capital of VN210 billion ($8.25 million). Construction is scheduled for 2024-2027.

The second project will build a secondary and high school in Tien Yen district in 2024-2026 with an estimated cost of no more than VND180 billion ($7.07 million).

The third project upgrading some works of Quang Ninh social protection center in Uong Bi city with an estimated capital of VND17.7 billion ($695,000). Construction is scheduled in 2024-2025.

The last project will improve capacity of local forest rangers in forest management, protection, and firefighting and control.
