In 2022 and the first quarter of 2023, apart from building and issuing legal documents to implement plans to cut business conditions, the SBV also issued eight amended and supplemented circulars to simplify 35 administrative procedures, creating favorable conditions for credit institutions, enterprises, and individuals.
