The Government aims to build at least 1 million social houses for low-income earners and workers by 2030.

At the conference held on June 23 under his chair, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stressed that the current state of counterfeit and fake goods, smuggling, and trade fraud is causing public concern and anxiety, negatively affecting the health, rights, and legitimate interests of consumers.

 This significant administrative change is outlined in Decree No. 128/2025/ND-CP, which governs the decentralization and delegation of powers in the State management of home affairs.

The move is part of the Government efforts to promote agriculture and rural development.

Accordingly, focus should be placed on developing infrastructure, training human resources, and diversifying products and markets.

At the conference held on June 22, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh asked for stronger efforts and determination to achieve and surpass the set targets.
