Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has issued a dispatch on the inauguration and launch of major projects marking the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 – 2025), according to a report from the Vietnam News Agency.
According to Dispatch No. 136/CD-TTg, issued by the Prime Minister on August 14, to commemorate this milestone, the Government plans to inaugurate and break ground on 250 projects with a total investment of VND1.28 quadrillion (about $48.72 billion) on August 19.
Underlining that the deadline is close, the PM asked ministries, agencies, localities, and State-owned firms to strictly implement his directions at Dispatch No. 129/CD/TTg issued earlier, ensuring the organisation of dignified, safe, and effective ceremonies that engage the public and showcase national infrastructure breakthroughs.
