Übank works with CleverTap to boost the customer experience
CleverTap, one of the world’s leading customer retention platforms, signed a cooperative agreement with Übank - a digital banking application from VPBank - on April 26. With CleverTap’s marketing automation and artificial intelligence (AI)-based features, Übank can now optimize digital marketing campaigns and drive interaction with users more efficiently in three major services - Payments, Deposits, and Spending - and shorten the average period of deposits.
