Newly-established businesses down in February
According to the General Statistics Office, only some 7,300 new businesses were established in February, with registered capital totaling VND85 trillion ($3.73 billion), down 44 per cent in number and 55.7 per cent in capital. Nearly 20,300 new enterprises were registered in the opening two months of the year, with total registered capital of VND278 trillion ($12.9 billion).
