The Korea Trade and Investment Promotion Agency in Hanoi (KOTRA Hanoi) has said it will organize direct trade connections between a business delegation from Incheon in South Korea and Vietnamese importers at the Lotte Hanoi Hotel on September 21. The event will attract the participation of 25 South Korean businesses. A representative from the Vietnam Trade Office in South Korea said trade cooperation between the two countries will see more opportunities for further development thanks to bilateral and multilateral free trade agreements (FTAs). The trade structure between the two is also complementary.
The East-West Economic Corridor Trade - Tourism and Investment Fair (EWEC Fair) took place in Da Nang from August 3 to 8, and was an opportunity to link trade and promote friendly cooperation between businesses in the countries along the Economic Corridor and elsewhere, and was an important trade promotion channel that will open up development opportunities with businesses from countries in the region and Asia.
South-central Binh Dinh province, in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, will organize a series of events on June 24 and 25 connecting the supply and demand of Vietnamese goods for businesses in central and south-central provinces.
