Deputy PM approves National Cybersecurity and Safety Strategy
Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam has signed Decision No. 964/QD-TTg approving the National Cybersecurity and Safety Strategy, proactively responding to challenges in cyberspace to 2025 and vision to 2030. The strategy initially aims for Vietnam to maintain a ranking in the range of 25th to 30th in the Cybersecurity and Safety Index, assessed by the International Telecommunications Union, by 2025.
Single tech application needed for pandemic prevention and control
At a meeting on September 10 with ministries and sectors on the application of information technology for the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam emphasized that there must soon be a single application that helps with the prevention and control of the pandemic that is easy for people to use.
