During a dialogue with the business community in Hanoi on May 31, PM Pham Minh Chinh stated that all proposals and concerns from enterprises must be answered and resolved within two weeks.

During a dialogue with leaders of Japanese enterprises in Vietnam on March 1, PM Pham Minh Chinh suggested the Japanese Government and businesses to continue accelerating the implementation of joint high-tech projects, including the project to launch observation satellites into the orbit in 2025.

More than 160 businesses, including foreign investment funds, leading banks, and financial groups in Singapore, held an in-person dialogue with leaders from northern Vinh Phuc province on October 25 to research the local economic environment and identify opportunities for investment. Singapore is one of the largest investors in Vinh Phuc, with 12 projects and capital of around $500 million.
On July 11, in a discussion with Mr. Janusz Wojciechowski, EU High Commissioner for Agriculture, who is visiting Vietnam, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Phung Duc Tien said Vietnam wants to attract FDI from the EU focused on developing knowledge in agriculture, ecological agriculture, and organic agriculture, and especially core technology and the training of high-quality human resources.
