Under Plan No. 331/KH-UBND enacted on August 24, Hanoi establishes a comprehensive policy framework to prepare 81 urban and sector-specific plans, accelerating the realization of the Capital’s 100-year Master Plan.

The conference also seeks to promote socio-economic cooperation between Hanoi and other localities, driving growth across the Capital Region, the Red River Delta, and the Northern Key Economic Zone.
