The southern city will prioritize investment in eight projects and complete 255 km of railway lines during 2026–2030. By 2035, the city aims to complete seven urban railway lines with a total length of 532 km.

The investment roadmap for all five projects is slated for the medium-term periods of 2026–2030 and 2031–2035.

This simultaneous groundbreaking plan aims to realize the goal of building and completing a 355 km urban railway network by 2035.
