Work to do in restructuring industry and trade
Though remarkable results have been posted, the restructuring of the industry and trade sector remains limited, the growth model is changing only slowly, and the tasks in restructuring are still uncertain. Vietnam is working towards being among the world’s 15 largest exporting countries by 2030, with the industry and trade sector to make the biggest direct contribution to GDP, representing 55-60 per cent.
