Greater role proposed for SCIC & VDB in infrastructure development
Enhancing the role of the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) and the Vietnam Development Bank (VDB) is among the measures proposed to address capital financing in infrastructure development. It is also necessary to have guidelines issued shortly for the implementation of the Law on Public-Private Partnerships and to study the establishment of an Infrastructure Development Investment Fund.
