At Anuga Germany 2025, the world’s largest food and beverage trade fair, Thabico Group underscored the global competitiveness of Vietnamese agricultural products. With a professionally designed booth featuring a wide array of tropical fruits, the company drew thousands of visitors and hundreds of potential partners from across the world.
Reaching global markets
Anuga, held biennially in Cologne (Germany), brings together more than 7,800 exhibitors from 118 countries and over 160,000 trade visitors. Against this backdrop, Thabico’s strong presence highlighted both the resilience and international ambitions of Vietnam’s agriculture sector.
On display was a portfolio of tropical fruit products ranging from juices and concentrated purees to IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) and dried fruits, processed with advanced technologies that meet global standards for safety, traceability, and sustainability.
Ms. Ho Truc Lam, Deputy CEO of Thabico Group, said: “We present our signature tropical fruit products such as juices, concentrated purées, IQF and dried fruits, all produced with modern technology and in compliance with international standards. Thabico’s goal is not only to promote our brand, but also to connect and collaborate with global partners, bringing Vietnamese agricultural products closer to international markets and affirming their sustainable value.”

Highly regarded by international partners
Thabico’s offerings attracted significant attention from major distributors and corporations in Europe.
Mr. Simon Heidland, Head of Fruit & Vegetables at Valio Hamburg GmbH & Co. KG, noted: “VALIO has been working with Thabico to bring Vietnamese products to European consumers. Their products are well-received—fresh, high-quality, and internationally compliant. European consumers value green, clean, and traceable products, and Thabico is clearly moving in the right direction.”
From Spain, Mr. John Peterson, CEO of Planttech, added: “We highly appreciate the quality and potential of Thabico’s tropical fruits. They are not only delicious but also align with the growing demand for safe, sustainable, and eco-friendly products. Planttech looks forward to long-term cooperation to bring Vietnamese fruits closer to the European market.”
Mr. Tran Phu Lu, Director of the Investment and Trade Promotion Center of Ho Chi Minh City (ITPC), emphasized: “Vietnamese fruits have increasingly proven their quality, competitive prices, and ability to meet strict international standards. Thabico’s participation at Anuga 2025 and the attention it has gained from global distributors are clear evidence of the capacity and reputation of Vietnamese enterprises.”

For Thabico, Anuga 2025 represents more than new business opportunities. It also marks a milestone in raising the global profile of Vietnamese agricultural products.
