The Thai Binh Department of Planning and Investment in Vietnam’s north is calling for investors to build a housing project with an estimated cost of VND7.96 trillion ($333 million).
The project will cover 125.4 ha in Tan Binh commune and have a population of around 11,480.
It will consist of 1,543 apartments, 245 villas, and 1,928 adjacent houses. A five-story social housing block will also be built on 5.1 ha.
Interested investors are invited to submit applications prior to May 5.
The provincial capital Thai Binh city has paid major attention to reviewing and preparing plans for housing development. It conducted 12 housing projects last year, building 3,007 houses.
