The Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has given the green light to a joint venture building a residential area in the north-central province.

Investment is estimated at some VND1.44 trillion ($58.7 million).

The investor will contribute nearly VND290 billion ($11.8 million), with the remainder to come from other sources.

Construction will last for three years, starting from the fourth quarter of 2024.

The project will cover 11.86 ha in Quang Tho and Quang Tam wards.

It will include technical infrastructure, social housing, commercial housing, and commercial service facilities.

The Provincial People’s Committee has assigned the people’s committees of Thanh Hoa and Sam Son cities to review the land area allocated for the project and complete site clearance and compensation.

They are also required to supervise project implementation and periodically report to the Provincial People’s Committee to tackle any emerging difficulties or obstacles.
