Preferential policies will prioritize investors implementing urban projects in the green and high-technology models.

Under the program, the local economy will be restructured towards modern industry and services with strong links between industry and agriculture. Focus will be placed on expanding and developing high-technology and environmentally-friendly models that create high value.

The program will also see investment in developing transport infrastructure such as ring roads, communal roads, boulevards, and provincial roads.
