Vietnam Airlines Corporation (VNA) organized the "Artificial Intelligence Seminar with Business Development" on March 19, supported by the IEC Group. The airline has begun integrating AI into operations, including predictive maintenance models (Skywise Health Monitoring and Skywise Predictive Maintenance), a chatbot for customer service, and experimentation with Microsoft AI for document optimization. "These are just initial steps," Mr. Tuan noted, "there is still vast potential for AI to transform our business operations."

This event provided valuable insights for VNA and positioned the airline to explore partnerships for future AI-powered growth.
