Vietnam Airlines Corporation (VNA) organized the "Artificial Intelligence Seminar with Business Development" on March 19, supported by the IEC Group. This event, held in collaboration with the Central Economic Committee, aimed to explore the latest AI advancements and foster future collaboration opportunities in the context of accelerating global digital transformation.

VNA Chairman Dang Ngoc Hoa outlined the airline's goal of becoming a digital airline by 2026. He emphasized the urgent need for VNA to accelerate its digital transformation to remain competitive, prioritizing the exploration and implementation of AI solutions.

CEO Dang Anh Tuan underscored VNA's recognition of AI's significance. The airline has begun integrating AI into operations, including predictive maintenance models (Skywise Health Monitoring and Skywise Predictive Maintenance), a chatbot for customer service, and experimentation with Microsoft AI for document optimization.
