The 5th Vietnam International Dairy and Dairy Products Exhibition (Vietnam Dairy 2026), held alongside the Vietnam Ice Cream Expo and the Milk Tea & Modern Drinks Expo, officially opened at the Cultural Friendship Palace in Hanoi on May 28, according a report by the Government News.
Spanning approximately 4,000 sq.m with over 250 booths, the expo brings together a wide range of enterprises and brands from Vietnam and across the globe, including Switzerland, the Netherlands, the United States, Japan, New Zealand, and Sweden.
The event offers a comprehensive look at the dairy ecosystem and related sectors, highlighting solutions for digital transformation, enhanced food safety, and product traceability. More than just a showcase for products and technology, the exhibition series served as a forum for networking, knowledge sharing, and fostering cooperation between businesses, regulatory agencies, and value chain partners.
According to the organizers, this year’s theme—"Dairy Value Chain: Innovation and Sustainable Development"—accurately reflects current trends and the urgent requirements of the industry amidst rising consumer demand for food safety, high quality, and transparent provenance.
