The 8th Organic Asia Congress (OAC) 2025 opened in northern Ninh Binh province on September 17, highlighting the role of organic farming in advancing sustainable agricultural development.

Held under the theme “Organics for a Better Future”, the three-day event has drawn more than 550 delegates from 33 countries and territories. Discussions will focus on policy, markets, and best practices, covering issues such as organic growth, financing, climate resilience, supply chains, fraud prevention, and regional farming models.

On the sidelines, workshops will explore market standards, technology, and education in organic agriculture, while a business matching (B2B) session and field visits to local organic farming models are also scheduled.

An international exhibition featuring 250 booths is being held alongside the congress, showcasing organic agricultural and tourism products from across Vietnam, and promoting the country’s regional agricultural strengths.
