Vietnam Industrial and Technology Week 2026 (VITW 2026) officially opened on September 9 at the Vietnam Exposition Center (VEC) in Dong Anh Ward, Hanoi, featuring more than 2,000 booths across seven exhibition, trade fair and conference zones.
The event focuses on trends shaping the future of manufacturing, from electrification and automation to artificial intelligence and green production.
Covering a total area of more than 70,000sq.m, the event brings together domestic and international companies showcasing products and solutions across a range of fields, including vehicle electrification, automation, green manufacturing and supply chain restructuring.
The exhibition provides businesses with opportunities to identify suppliers, investment partners and emerging industry trends.
The seven zones of VITW 2026 comprise the Vietnam International Industrial Fair (VIIF 2026); the International Manufacturing Conference (IMC 2026); the Hanoi Manufacturing Industry Product Fair (Hanoi MIP Fair 2026); the Vietnam World Automation Expo; the Vietnam International Technology Exhibition Series; the 3rd Vietnam International Clean Energy, Power and Energy Storage Industry Exhibition Series; and the 3rd Vietnam International Exhibition of Hardware, Hand Tools, Fasteners and M&E Equipment.
Among these, VIIF 2026 is one of the event's key components, showcasing complete motor vehicles, components, batteries, charging infrastructure, robots, machinery and software for manufacturing.
Running alongside VIIF 2026 is the Hanoi MIP Fair 2026, organized by the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade. Covering more than 9,000sq.m, the fair focuses on five major sectors: integrated circuits and semiconductors; information technology; electrical, electronics and refrigeration equipment; mechanical engineering and automation; and healthcare, textiles and garments, footwear and leather products, and food and beverages.
In addition to the exhibition booths, VITW 2026 provides a platform for discussions on issues directly affecting the competitiveness of businesses. The International Manufacturing Conference 2026 brings together 60 speakers, including policymakers, business leaders, investors and experts from Vietnam and abroad.
With 17 in-depth sessions, IMC 2026 focuses on advanced manufacturing, AI and automation, attracting high-value investment, supply chain restructuring, energy security, green manufacturing and workforce development.
A Business Matching program is also being held alongside the event, providing a direct channel for businesses to connect with buyers, distributors, investors and technology partners. The program aims to help companies identify new markets, explore solutions and expand their business partnerships.
