Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed three objectives while chairing a meeting to review legal document system in Hanoi on September 20.

With financial support from the Home Office of the United Kingdom, the hotline is responsible for receiving information and reports, providing counseling to victims, and offering legal knowledge and prevention skills.

The Red River Delta now includes Hanoi, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, and Ninh Binh.

The pledge was made during a reception hosted by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh for Mr. Okamura in Hanoi on September 18.

According to the World Bank’s 2022 Country Climate and Development Report, climate change impacts could cost Vietnam 12–14.5% of its GDP by 2050, amounting to $400–523 billion in total losses.

With a total investment of $2.2 billion, the Vung Ang II thermal power plant in central Ha Tinh province has a designed capacity of 1,200MW.
