A cooperative agreement has been signed between Vietnam’s Smart Cyber Security Company (SCS), the developer of SafeGate, and Taiwan (China)’s Accton Technology Corporation, one of the world’s leading providers of internet devices and solutions.
The SafeGate solution will be introduced to the international market by integrating it with Accton’s products, and the two companies will jointly provide cybersecurity services worldwide under the latest Security as Service model.
The partnership could soon see the “Make in Vietnam” cybersecurity solution enter the multi-billion-dollar global market. Initially, the cooperation will focus on delivering safe internet and parental control solutions to customers globally using Accton’s network devices. Parental Control is a rapidly-growing market, estimated at $1.3 billion in 2021 and projected to reach $4.3 billion by 2031.
Mr. Enco Liew, Vice President of Wireless at the Accton Technology Corporation, highly regards the practicality and effectiveness of the SafeGate solution. “It is expected that SafeGate and Accton will jointly accelerate and complete integration to bring the model to the international market as soon as possible,” he said. “Initially, our focus will be on managing and ensuring internet safety for households and schools.”
According to Mr. Ngo Tuan Anh, Chairman and CEO of SCS, the cooperation with Accton will leverage the strengths of both companies and mark the first step in SCS’s plan to launch the SafeGate brand globally.
