Vietnam posted agro-forestry-fishery export revenue of $11.3 billion in the first two months of 2026, surging 17.1% compared to the same period last year, according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
In February alone, export turnover was estimated at $4.71 billion, up 1.9% year-on-year.
Of the total export value in the January–February period, agricultural products accounted for $6.09 billion, rising 17.1% year-on-year; seafood exports reached $1.76 billion, up 23.3%; while forestry products brought in $2.82 billion, up 7.4%.
Asia remained the largest buyer for Vietnam’s agro-forestry-fishery products, making up 45.5% of total export value. The Americas ranked second with a 21%, followed by Europe at 15.7%. Africa and Oceania accounted for 2.2% and 1.4%, respectively.
