At the opening ceremony of VIFA ASEAN 2025, held on August 26, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, the VIFA EXPO Fair was officially recognized by the Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings) with the title: “VIFA EXPO: The annually held, longest-established, and largest International Furniture & Home Accessories Fair brand in Vietnam (since 2008).”

Today, VIFA EXPO has grown beyond a trade fair to become a comprehensive promotion ecosystem connecting businesses, manufacturers, importers, distributors, and international partners across the furniture industry.
The launch of its second annual fair, VIFA ASEAN (in 2023), has extended this ecosystem’s influence across Southeast Asia, forming the region’s largest indoor and outdoor furniture trade network. Together, the two complementary fairs represent a strategic move that strengthens Vietnam’s footprint on the global furniture and outdoor furnishings map.
Building on this success, VIFA EXPO 2026 - the 17th edition - will take place from March 8-11, 2026, at two major venues in Ho Chi Minh City: WTC EXPO (Binh Duong Ward) and SKY EXPO (Trung My Tay Ward). Expected to be the largest event to date, it will feature over 2,800 booths across a total area of 51,000 square meters.
For the first time, the fair will operate across two venues, with organizers introducing a free shuttle bus service for visitors. Three main routes will link the two exhibition centers and the city center, running 8-9 trips per day during the four-day event.
To enhance the visitor experience, VIFA EXPO 2026 will also offer a range of supporting programs and amenities, including online and offline business-matching sessions, factory tours, industry seminars, and exclusive offers from official 3-5-star hotel partners in Ho Chi Minh City, alongside travel SIM and ride-hailing service providers.
These initiatives underscore the organizer’s commitment to raising the standard of trade promotion and positioning VIFA EXPO among the region’s leading exhibitions, such as CIFF (China).
